Starboard elevator trim tab

Post by tmpendergrass »

I had a dented elevator trim tab on my Liberty. I sent it to a shop in Texas for repair but unfortunately UPS appears to have lost the package. I have also been in contact with discovery but they have gone radio silent on me in the last 2 weeks.

Unfortunately my plane has been grounded out of state for the last 6 weeks and I seem to have exhausted all other options for getting a repaired or replacement trim tab.

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone on this forum have an extra trim tab or an aircraft not currently flying that I could "rent" your trim tab on a month to month basis until a more permanent solution becomes available?

Thanks

I know it’s been a while after you posted this but I think I do have a trim tab available. Let me know if you’re still in need of it.
